This question is quite vague. However, the tools and technology that we believe that Entrepreneurs must take advantage, if one has the time to learn is Open Source Technology Platform.
Open Source is also seen as a value, that is why our team does not only capitalize on Tools and Technology per se but on PEOPLE, that is why we are called 8layer. And that is why, when one does not fit our values and cannot meet the demands of the technology and of our clientele, then you cannot be part of our team.
